OTH Weight Plateau Breaker Privacy Policy

Olde Tyme Health LLC provides OTH Weight Plateau Breaker, an adult general-wellness, education, tracking, and weight-management application.

Information stored on your device

OTH Weight Plateau Breaker stores app information in an encrypted local database on your device. This may include age, biological sex, height, weight, waist measurements, goals, eating methods, hunger, energy, sleep, exercise and ordinary movement, menstrual-cycle context, medications, symptoms, safety answers, assessments, experiments, check-ins, progress information, and personal notes.

The local database uses encrypted storage and a device-protected encryption key.

Account information

The current release uses an account so that app progress can be protected and synchronized across devices.

When you create an account, your email address and an account identifier are processed through Supabase Auth. Authentication credentials are handled by Supabase's authentication infrastructure. Olde Tyme Health LLC does not store your password in plain text.

Cloud synchronization

When you are signed in, supported Weight Plateau Breaker records are transmitted to and stored in the app's Supabase cloud database.

Cloud-synchronized information may include profile and setup information, weight measurements, assessments, weight-management answers, experiments, daily check-ins, progress records, and notes.

Cloud synchronization is used to maintain account continuity, restore progress on another device, and protect users from losing app information solely because a device is lost, replaced, or reset.

Access controls are configured so authenticated users can access only records associated with their own account.

Subscription and purchase information

OTH Weight Plateau Breaker uses RevenueCat to manage subscription access and purchase entitlement status.

RevenueCat may process an app user identifier associated with your Weight Plateau Breaker account together with subscription and purchase information such as product identifiers, purchase status, entitlement status, expiration information, and transaction-related data.

Weight-management entries, symptoms, medications, assessments, notes, and other health-related information entered into Weight Plateau Breaker are not intentionally sent to RevenueCat.

Google Play processes Android purchases and payment transactions. Olde Tyme Health LLC does not receive your full credit-card or other payment-card information.

RevenueCat documents that its service processes purchase/transaction information and may process a developer-provided App User ID when an authenticated app identifies its users.

Push notifications

Push notifications are optional.

If you enable notifications, the app requests Android notification permission and creates a notification delivery token associated with your signed-in account and app installation. The token, device platform, notification status, and related delivery information may be stored so notifications can be delivered to that device.

OTH Weight Plateau Breaker uses Expo notification services and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver Android push notifications.

Firebase describes registration tokens as identifiers for individual app installations that are used to route messages to the appropriate device.

Notification content may be visible on your device's lock screen depending on your Android notification settings. You may disable notifications through the app or Android settings.

How information is used

Information collected or synchronized by OTH Weight Plateau Breaker is used to operate the app, maintain your account, synchronize progress between devices, calculate and display weight-management assessments and progress, maintain experiments and check-ins, restore subscription access, provide optional notifications, provide customer support, protect account security, and maintain the reliability of the service.

Service providers

The app uses a limited number of service providers necessary to operate its features:

• Supabase — authentication, cloud database, cloud synchronization, and server functions.

• RevenueCat — subscription validation, purchase restoration, and entitlement management.

• Google Play — Android purchases and subscription billing.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging and Expo — optional push-notification delivery.

These providers may process ordinary network, device, transaction, or service metadata necessary to provide their services under their respective privacy policies.

No advertising or sale of personal information

Olde Tyme Health LLC does not sell or rent information entered into OTH Weight Plateau Breaker.

The current release does not use third-party advertising or behavioral advertising analytics.

Health, weight, medication, reproductive, symptom, safety, assessment, and progress information is not provided to advertisers or used for advertising profiles.

This replaces the old “No sale or sharing” language. We should not say there is no sharing at all anymore because Supabase, RevenueCat, Expo, Firebase, and Google necessarily process limited data to provide app services.

Data retention and account deletion

Cloud information is retained while your Weight Plateau Breaker account remains active unless it is deleted sooner.

You can permanently delete your account from:

Settings → Delete account and all data

Deleting your Weight Plateau Breaker account removes your Supabase authentication account and associated Weight Plateau Breaker cloud records. The encrypted local database and device-protected encryption key on the device where deletion is requested are also cleared.

An external account-deletion option is also provided for users who no longer have access to the app. Google specifically requires both an in-app deletion path and an external web deletion resource for apps that allow account creation.

Local information remaining on another device where the app was previously installed may need to be cleared separately from that device.

Deleting a Weight Plateau Breaker account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation is managed through Google Play. RevenueCat likewise notes that deleting a RevenueCat customer does not itself cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription.

Data exports

The app may allow you to create reports or exports containing information you entered into Weight Plateau Breaker.

Any file that you choose to save, export, or share may contain sensitive personal information. You control where those exported files are stored or sent.

External links

The app may open research sources, Olde Tyme Health webpages, Google Play pages, or other external websites at your request.

Those websites and services operate under their own privacy policies and data practices.

Security

Olde Tyme Health LLC uses encrypted local storage, device-protected encryption keys, authenticated cloud access, encrypted network connections, and database access controls intended to protect user information.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

OTH Weight Plateau Breaker is intended only for adults age 18 and older. It is not designed or intended for children or adolescents.

Medical disclaimer

OTH Weight Plateau Breaker is a general-wellness and educational weight-management application. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's functionality, service providers, or data practices change.

The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
