Subscription and Purchase Information

OTH Botanical Evidence offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription.

Purchases made on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store. Purchases made on Android are processed through Google Play.

We do not receive or store your full credit card number or other complete payment credentials.

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and purchase entitlements. RevenueCat may process information such as:

• An anonymous application user identifier

• Subscription product purchased

• Purchase and renewal status

• Subscription expiration information

• App store transaction information necessary to verify access

This information is used to determine whether your subscription is active and which content should be available to you.

App Usage and Research Requests

When you use search or research features, the information necessary to process your request may be transmitted to our backend systems so that the requested research results can be returned.

If you use features such as saved research, limited application data associated with those features may be stored so the functionality can be provided.

We do not use your research searches for third-party advertising.

Technical Information

Our service providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary for security, reliability, fraud prevention, subscription verification, and operation of the app. This may include information such as device or application identifiers, operating system information, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic information.

Please provide enough information for us to reasonably identify the applicable app record. We may need to request limited information to verify the request.

Deleting information maintained by Olde Tyme Health does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation must be performed through the applicable app-store subscription settings.

Children’s Privacy

OTH Botanical Evidence is intended for adults and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this application.

Medical and Health Information

OTH Botanical Evidence is an educational research resource.

The app does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, establish a physician-patient relationship, or instruct users to stop, start, replace, or modify prescription medication.
